VOLKSSPORT AT HOOPFEST June 28-29, 2008 Sanction No.: 80092 SPONSOR: Lilac City Volkssport Association LOCATION: Coeur D'Alene Park 2195 W. 2nd Ave (4th Ave. and S. Chestnut) Spokane, WA CHALLENGES: Spokane County START TIMES: 9:00 am-12:00 noon both days FINISH TIME: 3:30 pm both days DISTANCE/RATING: 10K or 5K 1+ TRAIL: Participants will walk through the Hoopfest activities and downtown Spokane pass historic buildings and walk along the beautiful Spokane River on sidewalks and paved trails. AWARDS: None, AVA/IVV Credit Only HAT PINS: None REGISTRATION: No pre-registration. Register and receive your start card at Coeur D'Alene Park on the day(s) of the event. MISCELLANEOUS: Water and restrooms available at the start/finish and along the route. Food available along the route. No pets allowed. Strollers OK but no Wheelchairs. The Spokane Hoopfest Association is committed to organizing and operating the best 3-on-3 outdoor basketball tournament in the country. DIRECTIONS: From I-90 East bound Exit 280, turn left on Walnut to 2nd, turn left to Spruce. From I-90 West bound Exit 280A, turn right on Walnut to 2nd, lurn left to Spruce.
